Is there a free club management software plan?
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you collect through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Can members pay dues by UPI?
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into the club’s bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Can we book courts and facilities online?
Yes. Set a facility’s open hours, how long a booking runs and how many bookings one slot takes, and members book what is genuinely free. Four courts is four bookings in the same slot rather than a clash.
Do you send renewal reminders before dues are charged?
Renewal itself is automatic, so in the normal case nothing needs chasing. There is no separate "your dues are due next week" warning before the charge today — if your members expect one, tell us before you switch.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, from the Growth plan onwards — your club page runs on your own domain with no Tribearn badge. On the free and Starter plans you get a shareable Tribearn link, which works the same way for dues and bookings.
Do I need a website already?
No — this is the website. You get a page with your membership tiers, events and a working checkout, at a link you can share in the group chat. Nothing to install, and no separate tool to pay for.
Can dues be collected automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly memberships renew on their own, so you stop chasing people individually. Members can also get member-only pricing on events and bookings, which is what makes a tier worth paying for.
Can we keep some events members-only?
Yes. Anything you publish can be public, restricted to members, limited to specific tiers, or invite-only — so an AGM, a members-only social and a public fundraiser can all live on the same page.
How does the money reach us?
Members pay at checkout by card, UPI or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. Nothing is held back as store credit and there is no separate payout tool to sign up for.
