How court booking and seasonal dues work
Facilities
Four courts is four bookings, not one clash
Facility booking goes wrong in a specific way: the sheet on the wall says 6pm is taken, so nobody books 6pm, even though three of the four courts are free. Capacity per slot is what fixes it.

Can members book courts online?
Yes. Set a facility’s open hours, how long a booking runs and how many bookings one slot takes. Members then book what is genuinely free, and four courts is four bookings in the same slot rather than a clash.
Can we charge members and guests different rates?
Yes. Any court booking, tournament entry or pass can carry its own price per membership tier, so a member sees and is charged their rate and a guest sees the guest rate.
Can we run tournaments with a capped entry list?
Yes — run it as an event with paid or free entry and a capacity. Entries close when it is full, and you get a registration list instead of counting replies in a group chat.
What happens when the committee changes over?
The member list, the dues and the bookings live in the account rather than in one person’s spreadsheet, so a handover is an access change instead of an archaeology project.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you collect through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Can members pay dues by UPI?
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into the club’s bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Do you send a reminder before dues are charged?
Renewal itself is automatic, so in the normal case nothing needs chasing. There is no separate "your dues are due next week" warning before the charge today — if your members expect one, tell us before you switch.
