In short

What is Tribearn for hobby clubs?

Tribearn is club software for hobby groups and societies. It collects small membership dues online so nobody has to act as treasurer, takes sign-ups for meetups so you know the headcount, and keeps resources for members only. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.

What you can sell

Membership software for a club that is not a business

A hobby club has small amounts of money, no staff, and one person who ends up doing everything. The problems are not complicated: nobody wants to collect ₹600 from ninety people by hand, and nobody knows how many are actually coming on Sunday.

Dues without a treasurer

Money that does not pass through anyone’s personal account.

  • Annual or monthly dues
  • Renews automatically
  • Settled to the club account
  • No cash, no chasing

Meetups with a headcount

Know who is coming before you book the table.

  • Free or paid registration
  • Capacity per meetup
  • One attendee list
  • No counting replies in a chat

Members-only things

A public face and a private space, on one page.

  • Public open events
  • Members-only sessions
  • Tier-restricted items
  • Invite-only committee business

Guest passes & workshops

How new people try the club before joining.

  • Guest day passes
  • Paid workshops
  • Visiting speakers
  • Bundles at your price

Shared resources

The library the group keeps losing track of.

  • Guides and how-tos
  • Recorded sessions
  • Newsletters
  • Members-only downloads

One link instead of a group chat and a spreadsheet

Membership, the next three meetups, the guest pass price and your shared resources — on a page anyone can open, and nothing depending on one person’s phone.

In detail

How dues and meetup registration work

Dues

Taking the club’s money out of one person’s account

Most small clubs collect dues through somebody’s personal UPI. It works until that person is busy, or leaves, or has to explain a year of transactions to a committee. A real checkout settles to the club’s own account and keeps its own record.

Renews automatically
Annual or monthly dues charge on schedule, so nobody sends ninety reminder messages.
Settled to the club
Money goes to the club’s bank account rather than through a volunteer’s personal one.
One member list
Who is paid up, who lapsed and who joined, in one place rather than a spreadsheet nobody else can find.
Member rates on events
A meetup or workshop can be cheaper for members, applied automatically rather than on the door.

Meetups

Knowing how many are coming on Sunday

"React with a thumbs up if you are coming" is not a headcount. A registration list with a capacity tells you what to book, and it works the same whether the meetup is free or ₹250.

Free or paid
A free walk and a paid workshop both get a real registration list.
Capacity per meetup
Set how many can come. Registration closes when it is full rather than overflowing.
Members only, if you want
Keep a session visible to members only, or open one to guests to bring new people in.
One list, not a thread
Attendees in one place, rather than reconstructed from a chat on the morning.

Hobby club software FAQs

Our dues are small. Is this worth it?

The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of what you collect, so a club taking ₹600 a year from ninety members pays nothing up front and about ₹5,400 across the year — against a volunteer spending a fortnight chasing it. If the sums get bigger, a paid plan drops the commission.

Can the money go to a club account rather than a person?

Yes, and it is the main reason small clubs move. Payments settle into the account you connect, with their own record, instead of passing through a volunteer’s personal UPI.

Can we get a proper headcount for a free meetup?

Yes. A free event still gets a real registration list and a capacity, so you know what to book without counting reactions in a group chat.

Can we keep some sessions members-only?

Yes. Everything you publish carries its own visibility — public, members-only, restricted to a tier, or invite-only — so an open photo walk and a members-only critique night can sit on the same page.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you collect through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.

Can members pay dues by UPI?

Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into the club’s bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.

Do you send a reminder before dues are charged?

Renewal itself is automatic, so in the normal case nothing needs chasing. There is no separate "your dues are due next week" warning before the charge today — if your members expect one, tell us before you switch.
