Sell physical products from your own storefront

The gym selling protein, the salon selling shampoo, the coach selling bands. Shop turns the things you already hand people into something they can buy from your page at midnight — with the stock count, the delivery fee and the tax treatment worked out for you, and a shipment trail that tells the buyer where their parcel is without you typing an email.

In short

Can I sell physical products with Tribearn?

Yes. Tribearn Shop lets you list physical products such as merch, supplements and kits, with stock tracking, delivery charges and order status from packed to delivered. The shop is on every plan, including Free, and GST invoices are available from the Starter plan. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.

Powerful capabilities, zero setup

The essentials that make shop effortless — ready the moment you sign up.

List it once

A product page that sells

Photos, a brand, a category, a price and a struck-through compare-at price. Your storefront is themed to your page, not to a generic marketplace.

Up to six photos, and you pick which one leads
A compare-at price that shows the saving as a percentage
Publish when ready — drafts stay invisible until you say so
Members-only, community-only or unlisted products, same gating as everything else
Never oversell

Stock that looks after itself

Set a count and it comes down with every paid order. Or do not track it at all, for the things you make to order. Low stock is flagged before it becomes sold out.

Untracked, in stock, low, or sold out — each reads differently to a buyer
A low-stock threshold per product, surfaced on your dashboard
Allow backorders on the things you can always get more of
If two buyers race for the last one, both orders still complete and you are told
Ship it or hand it over

Delivery on your terms

A flat delivery fee, free over an amount you choose, or collection in person. Set it once for the shop and override it on the products that need it.

Flat fee with a free-above threshold, quoted live as the buyer changes quantity
Pickup, with your address and collection hours on the product page
Offer both and let the buyer choose at checkout
A dispatch promise shown before they pay and repeated in their email
Membership pays for itself

Members pay less, and everyone sees it

A shop-wide member discount, a flat member price per product, or a different price for each tier. Non-members are shown what members would pay, which is the point.

One percentage across the shop, or a price per product, or a price per tier
“Members pay ₹1,439 — save ₹160” shown to people who have not joined yet
The discount is applied at checkout, not just advertised
A price above list is discarded rather than charged — a typo cannot cost a member money
From paid to delivered

A shipment trail, not a spreadsheet

Every paid order becomes a shipment to move through: packed, shipped, delivered. Add the carrier and tracking number and the buyer is emailed automatically.

Packed → shipped → delivered, with the address one tap from copy
Carrier and tracking number, rendered as a link the buyer can follow
Cancel or accept a return and the stock goes back on its own
A confirmation email on payment and a tracking email on dispatch
Tax handled

GST on goods, done properly

Pick an HSN code per product and the invoice carries it. Place of supply follows the delivery address, which is what decides CGST+SGST against IGST.

HSN codes on goods, alongside the SAC codes you already use for services
The delivery address sets place of supply, not the billing address
The delivery charge is taxed at the goods rate, as a composite supply should be
It flows into the invoices and GST reports you already have
Know what is moving

The numbers a shop runs on

Units sold, product revenue, how many parcels are waiting to go out, and which products are about to run dry.

Get going in minutes

How it works

From sign-up to live in four simple steps — no developers, no setup calls.

1

Step 01

Turn the shop on

Set a delivery fee, a free-above threshold and whether you ship, allow collection, or both.

2

Step 02

Add your products

Photos, price, stock and an HSN code. Publish when it is ready — drafts stay hidden.

3

Step 03

Share your page

Buyers pick a quantity, choose delivery or pickup, and pay. Stock comes down on its own.

4

Step 04

Pack and ship

Mark it packed, add the tracking number, and the buyer gets the email without you writing it.

01

Your catalogue

5 included
  • Unlimited physical products, each with up to six photos and the one you choose as the cover
  • Brand, category and tags, a short description for cards and a long one for the product page
  • A price, an optional compare-at price, and an automatic "% off" badge built from the two
  • SKU, weight, and a draft/published/archived state so nothing goes live before you mean it
  • Members-only, community-only and unlisted products, using the same visibility rules as the rest of your page
02

Stock and pricing

5 included
  • Per-product stock, or no tracking at all for made-to-order items
  • A low-stock threshold, with everything below it collected on one dashboard strip
  • Backorders on the products you can always restock
  • A shop-wide member discount, a flat member price per product, or a separate price for every membership tier
  • Stock decremented atomically at payment, so a race for the last unit flags the order instead of quietly overselling
03

Delivery and collection

5 included
  • A flat delivery fee with a free-above threshold, recalculated live as the buyer changes quantity
  • In-person collection with your pickup address and a note about hours
  • Both at once, chosen by the buyer at checkout
  • A delivery address collected at checkout, and saved for their next order
  • Shipping and return policies shown on the product page before anyone pays
04

Orders and fulfilment

5 included
  • Every paid order as a shipment: pending, packed, shipped, delivered
  • Carrier and tracking number, turned into a link the buyer can follow
  • Cancel or accept a return and the units go back into stock automatically
  • An order confirmation email on payment and a tracking email on dispatch
  • The buyer’s name, email, phone and delivery address on the order, with a member badge when they have a plan
05

Tax and invoicing

4 included
  • HSN codes on goods, using the same tax categories as the rest of your catalogue
  • Place of supply taken from the delivery address, which decides CGST+SGST against IGST
  • The delivery charge taxed at the product’s own rate, as a composite supply
  • Invoices and GST reports include shop orders with no extra setup

Frequently asked questions

Can someone buy two different products in one order?+

Not yet — each product is bought on its own, so two items means two orders and two delivery charges unless your free-above threshold covers them. It is the first thing on the list to fix, and nothing about how orders are stored has to change to add it. If most of your sales are single items, which is the common case for a gym or a salon, this will not get in your way.

Where can I deliver?+

Within India. Sending goods abroad is a different tax treatment from the digital products you may already sell internationally, so rather than get it quietly wrong the checkout declines a non-Indian delivery address with a clear message.

Do you support cash on delivery?+

Not yet. Orders are paid up front through the same secure checkout as everything else you sell.

Can I sell one product in several sizes or flavours?+

Right now each product is a single item, so sizes go up as separate products. The groundwork for size and flavour pickers is already in place, and adding them will not disturb anything you have listed.

What happens if two people buy the last one at the same time?+

Both orders complete — a payment that has already gone through is never failed at our end. The second one is flagged as oversold on your dashboard so you can restock or refund, rather than the buyer finding out days later.

Do I need a courier account?+

No. You ship however you already do, then type the carrier and tracking number onto the order. We turn it into a link and email it to the buyer. Courier integrations and printed labels are a later step.

Can I hide products from non-members?+

Yes. A product can be public, members-only, community-only or unlisted, using the same visibility rules as your courses and events.

Can I stop selling something without losing its history?+

Yes. Deleting a product that has past orders archives it instead — it comes off your storefront while the orders, invoices and tax records that reference it stay intact.
