How booking, meeting links and programmes actually work
Booking
Clients book the hours you are actually free
Set your weekly hours once. Every session type offers slots from them, in its own length, so a 30-minute discovery call and a 90-minute deep dive never clash.

- Add a gap after each session and the next slot only opens once it has passed.

- A taken slot stops being offered the moment it is booked — no double bookings.

- Clients abroad see a note saying which timezone the times are in, so nobody joins an hour late.

Meeting links
The link goes out the moment they book
Connect Zoom or Google Meet once. Each confirmed booking gets its own meeting on your account, and the client receives the date, time and join link by email — you get a copy.

Is there a free plan for coaches?
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial. 1:1 sessions, programmes and paid DMs are all on it. It takes 10% of what you sell; paid plans from ₹499 a month cut that to 5%, 3% or nothing.
Do I have to send the meeting link myself?
No. With Zoom or Google Meet connected, each confirmed booking gets its own meeting on your account and the link goes out in the confirmation email. Cancel the booking and the meeting is deleted.
Does it send a reminder before the session?
Not yet. The client gets a confirmation email with the date, time and link as soon as they book, but there is no separate reminder before the session today. If reminders are the main thing you need, ask us first rather than assuming.
Can clients pay by UPI?
Yes. Clients pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles to your bank account.
How do I sell a multi-session programme?
As a fixed-price programme: the client pays the full amount up front and you track their programme from start to done. You can also show a “starting at” price, or take enquiries and quote each client individually.
What is a paid DM?
A Priority DM lets someone pay to message you with a question, and you reply within a window you choose, like 48 hours. If you miss the window, the message is flagged so you can refund it.
Can I sell a course too?
Yes, from the Growth plan upwards — self-paced courses with lessons and quizzes, or live cohorts with a seat limit, sold from the same link as your sessions.
Can clients in other countries book?
Yes. Times are shown in your booking timezone with a note saying which one, so a client abroad knows exactly when to join.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Growth plan upwards — your page runs on your own domain with no Tribearn badge. On Free and Starter you get a shareable Tribearn link, which works the same for bookings and payments.
