In short
Tribearn is a paid community platform. You sell monthly or yearly access to the WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord group you already run, gate content to members, and get paid by UPI. New members see your group invite the moment they join, and the group itself stays where it is. Sold as a membership tier instead, access renews by UPI AutoPay and the invite is emailed. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.
| Plan | Price per month | Commission on sales |

| Starter | ₹499 | 5% |
| Growth | ₹1,499 | 3% |
| Scale | ₹3,999 | None |

What you can sell
The hard part of a paid community is never the chat. It is collecting ₹399 from four hundred people every month, knowing who has actually paid, and getting the join link to them without doing it by hand. Your group stays where it is; this handles the rest.
Free or paid, monthly or yearly — your call.
They pay, they get the link. You do nothing.
Community access as a reason to buy the bigger plan.
The things only the community gets.
The calls and sessions that make it worth paying for.
Who is in, who paid, and how they got there.
Your community page takes the payment, records the member, and shows the welcome note with your invite link — all before you have read the notification.
In detail
Paid access
A paid community fails on collection, not on content. Four hundred members at ₹399 is four hundred reminders a month if you are doing it by hand — which is why most paid groups quietly become free ones.
Joining
Once someone has paid they expect to be in immediately, and at 2am you are asleep. A welcome note carrying your invite link appears the moment they join, so the gap between paying and being inside is nothing.
Memberships
A community on its own is one product. Attached to a membership it becomes the reason people pick the higher tier — and members bought that way are added without you touching anything.
Pricing
Start on the free plan and move up only when the maths says you should. Every plan lowers the commission on what you sell, so the cheapest option changes as you grow.

Who it’s for
Before you start
No, and you should not want to. Your group stays exactly where your people already are. This sits in front of it — it takes the payment, records the member and shows your invite link in the welcome note. Moving a working group to a new app is how communities die.
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial. It takes 10% of what you actually collect, so a free community costs you nothing at all. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing.
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Not directly — we do not yet assign Discord roles or add numbers to a WhatsApp group for you. What happens is that a member who pays immediately sees your welcome note with your invite link in it, so they let themselves in without you being involved. Automatic role granting and removal is designed but not built; ask us where it has got to before you count on it.
A community payment covers the month or year they paid for, and nothing is removed automatically — not from your member list and not from the group. If you want access to follow payment, sell the group as a membership tier: it renews by UPI AutoPay, and their community membership ends if the plan is revoked. Removing someone from the group itself is a manual step either way, for the same reason as the answer above.
For a free community, yes: set a seat limit and joining closes once it is reached. A cap on paid joins is not enforced yet — for a small paid room, run it as a course cohort, which stops selling when every seat is taken.
Yes, and it is usually the better structure. Attach community access to a membership tier and anyone who buys that tier is added to the community automatically, which gives people a concrete reason to pick the higher plan.
Yes. Courses, events, digital and shop products, services, packages and stories can each be public, members-only, community-only or invite-only — so an open announcement and a community-only AMA can live on the same page. There is no feed of posts inside Tribearn; the conversation stays in your group.
