What is Tribearn Rewards?
Tribearn Rewards is a digital stamp card for cafés, restaurants and salons. A customer scans the QR on your counter, joins with their phone number, collects a stamp on each visit you confirm and redeems a reward when the card is full — with no app to install. It is on every plan, including Free. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.

Design a stamp card in a minute
Name it, choose how many stamps fill it and what the reward is, then pick a colour and a stamp icon. What you see in the preview is exactly what your customer holds.
A counter QR, ready to print
Get a QR for your counter and preview it as a standee, table tent, poster or sticker with your colours and reward. The QR points at a short link that never changes, so renaming your page or editing the card never means reprinting.
A photographed QR can’t farm free coffee
A printed QR can be photographed and scanned from home. So a scan alone is never a stamp: the customer requests one, and you approve it from your phone with one tap — or give it by phone number for customers without a smartphone.
Customers join with their phone number
Scan, enter a mobile number, type the OTP — the card is theirs. It is saved to their number, so a new phone or a cleared browser never loses a stamp.
One-time reward codes
When the card fills, the customer gets a reward code. Type it at the counter, mark it redeemed, and a fresh card starts. A code works once — a screenshot of it doesn’t work twice.

Stamp card and loyalty FAQs
Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. They scan the QR on your counter, enter their mobile number and an OTP, and the card opens in their browser. It is saved to their number, so it is there on their next visit and on a new phone.
Can someone photograph the QR and collect stamps from home?+
Not on its own. Scanning the QR only lets a customer request a stamp — you approve it from your phone, so a request from someone who is not in the shop gets rejected. There is also a minimum gap between stamps and a daily cap, and every stamp is logged so a mistake can be voided.
What if a customer does not have a smartphone?+
Give them the stamp by typing their mobile number. The stamp lands on the same card, and they can open it any time later from any phone.
Do I need to reprint the QR if I change my card?+
No. The QR points to a short link that never changes, so you can rename your page, change the reward or redesign the card and the printed QR keeps working.
How does a customer redeem their reward?+
When the card is full they see a reward code. They show it at the counter, you type it in and mark it redeemed. Each code works once, and a fresh card starts straight away.
Is it free?+
Yes. Rewards is on every plan, including the Free plan, which is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it.
Is it only for cafés and restaurants?+
No — any business with repeat visits can use it: salons, spas, nail studios, bakeries, gyms, car washes and clinics. If a customer comes back, a stamp card gives them a reason to come back sooner.
