Stamp card
A loyalty card nobody can lose or fake
Print one QR for your counter. Customers scan it, join with their phone number and ask for a stamp — and you approve it with one tap, so a photo of the QR earns nothing on its own.

Café software FAQs
Is there a free plan for cafés?
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial. The stamp card, memberships, pre-orders and events are all on it. It takes 10% of what you sell online; paid plans from ₹499 a month cut that to 5%, 3% or nothing.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. They scan your counter QR or open your link, sign in with their phone number and an OTP, and everything opens in their browser.
Can customers book a table?
Not yet — table reservations are not part of Tribearn today. If table booking is the main thing you need, this is not the right fit yet.
Can I take food orders for delivery?
You can sell made-to-order items like cakes, hampers and coffee beans for collection in store or delivery with a flat fee, and move each order from packed to shipped to delivered. It is not a food-delivery ordering system with riders and live tracking.
Does it work with my billing or POS?
It runs on its own, so it works alongside whatever billing you already use. Nothing needs to be installed on your POS.
Does the stamp card send WhatsApp reminders?
Not yet. Customers see their progress on their card. Reminder and win-back messages are planned, but if they are the main thing you need, ask us first.
Can customers pay by UPI?
Yes. UPI, card and netbanking at checkout, settled to your bank account.
