No — and nobody can do this, so be wary of anyone who says otherwise. A mandate — UPI AutoPay, a card, or eMandate/NACH — is a contract between your member’s bank and the platform that took it; there is no export format and no legal way to move it. Their access, tier and dates all come across intact, but the next charge has to be re-authorised by them. You choose how: honour the date they already paid up to, give them a fixed window, hold their access until they subscribe, or leave them free while you ask.

Be clear on the other half: when a membership lapses we withdraw what we control — member pricing, gated content and community access — but nobody is removed from the group itself. Yes, from the Growth plan upwards — your page runs on your own domain with no Tribearn badge, and there is no code involved. On Free and Starter you get a shareable Tribearn link, which works identically for payments.

Our commission depends on the plan: 10% on Free, 5% on Starter (₹499 a month), 3% on Growth (₹1,499) and nothing at all on Scale (₹3,999). That is charged on what you actually sell, so a quiet month on the Free plan costs you nothing. Payment gateway charges are separate and set by the gateway, as they are everywhere.

Yes. A member can set up a recurring subscription with UPI AutoPay, with a card, or with an eMandate/NACH bank mandate — whichever their bank supports. UPI AutoPay is the one most Indian members pick. Once the mandate is authorised, renewals are charged automatically on schedule and settle to your bank account.

Yes, from the Starter plan upwards — GST invoicing and GST reports are part of Starter and every plan above it, not the Free plan. Once your GSTIN and registered details are set, invoices carry them and the reports give you what you need at filing time.

The invite is sent automatically; the joining is theirs. The moment a payment clears, your group invite is emailed to the member, so nobody waits on you at midnight. What does not happen yet is adding or removing people inside Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord — that is designed and not built. So when a membership lapses, their member-only pricing and gated content are withdrawn on their own, and taking them out of the group is still a step you take.
