Event ticketing FAQs
Is there a free plan for events?
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial — and events are on it. Free RSVPs cost nothing; on paid tickets it takes 10%, and paid plans from ₹499 a month cut that to 5%, 3% or nothing.
Do attendees get reminders?
Yes. A confirmation when they register, then reminders about 24 hours and 1 hour before the event, by email and text.
Is there a waitlist when the event is full?
Not yet. When the seat limit is reached, registration closes. You can raise the limit or add a new tier if you have more room.
Can I check people in at the door?
There is no QR check-in today. You can export the attendee list, with your custom questions as columns, and use it at the door.
Can I run online events?
Yes. Connect Zoom or Google Meet once and a real meeting is created for each event, moved if you move the event. Hybrid events work too.
Can attendees pay by UPI?
Yes. UPI, card and netbanking at checkout, settled to your bank account.
Do I have to charge GST?
Only if you are GST-registered — it is off unless you switch it on. When it is on, tax is worked out at checkout, and GST invoicing is available from the Starter plan.
