Tribearn is used by creators, coaches and professionals to run real businesses, and by their audiences to buy from them. These standards set out what is and isn’t allowed, so everyone can use the platform safely. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
Who these standards apply to
They apply to everything on Tribearn: your public profile and its content, the products and services you sell, messages you send through the platform, and how you interact with your audience and with us. They apply whether you’re a creator with an account or a visitor interacting with someone’s profile.

Conduct that isn’t allowed
Selling responsibly
You are the seller of record for what you sell on Tribearn. Describe your products, services and memberships accurately, including what is delivered, when, and for how long. Honour the refund and cancellation terms you publish. If you sell regulated services — financial, legal, medical, or similar — make sure you hold the qualifications and licences your jurisdiction requires, and don’t present general content as personalised professional advice.
Reporting a problem
If you see content or behaviour that breaks these standards, email connect@1links.app with the profile or link involved and a short description. For copyright or trademark issues, send an Intellectual Property report to the same address with the subject “Intellectual Property Report”.
How we enforce these standards
What we do depends on how serious the issue is, whether it looks deliberate, and whether it has happened before. Depending on the case we may:
We’ll usually tell you what happened and why. For the most serious violations — particularly those involving minors, credible threats of violence, or fraud against buyers — we may act immediately and without prior notice, and we may withhold funds where we have reason to believe they came from fraudulent transactions.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we sent you or email connect@1links.app with the subject “Enforcement Appeal”. Tell us what was removed or restricted and why you believe the decision was mistaken. A person will review it, and we’ll let you know the outcome.
Changes to these standards
As the platform grows we’ll update these standards. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
