Batches
A place in an intake, not a slot in a diary
An Under-14 batch starting on the 3rd, running a term, with twenty places, is a different kind of thing from a bookable hour. It has a date after which joining makes little sense and a number of seats that decides when admissions close.

Can term fees be collected automatically?
Yes. Set up a plan at your price and it renews monthly or termly on its own, which removes the reminder round that takes up the first week of every month.
Can we give siblings a different rate?
Yes. Create a sibling or family tier and give it its own price on any batch, camp or session. A family on that tier is charged their rate automatically.
Can parents book a paid trial before enrolling?
Yes — list the trial as its own bookable session at its own price. It is usually the single highest-converting thing an academy can put on its page.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you collect through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Can members pay dues by UPI?
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into the club’s bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Do you send a reminder before dues are charged?
Renewal itself is automatic, so in the normal case nothing needs chasing. There is no separate "your dues are due next week" warning before the charge today — if your members expect one, tell us before you switch.
