What is Priority DM?
Priority DM is a paid inbox. A follower pays the price you set to send you a message, you reply from your dashboard within a window you choose, and your reply is emailed to them. It is on every plan, including Free. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.

Set what a message costs. The follower writes their question at checkout and pays by UPI or card before it reaches you.
A reply window you choose
Promise an answer within 24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days or a week. Every message shows its deadline, and anything you miss is flagged so you can refund it.
An inbox built for answers
Paid messages arrive in their own inbox on your dashboard, away from your Instagram requests. Write a full answer and it is emailed straight to them.
Members pay less to reach you
Give each membership tier its own lower price, charged automatically at checkout — a reason to join that costs you nothing to run.

Priority DM: questions
What happens if I miss the reply window?+
The message is marked as missed and you are notified, so you can refund it. Refunds are not automatic yet — you make them yourself.
Can people send photos or voice notes?+
Not at the moment. A Priority DM is a written question, and your answer is written too, up to 5,000 characters.
Can they reply to my answer?+
No — each Priority DM is one question and one answer. If they want to ask something else, they send another.
How does the follower get my reply?+
By email, with your full answer in it. They do not need an account.
Can I limit how many messages I get?+
You can switch Priority DM off whenever you need a break, and your price is the main lever: a higher price means fewer, more serious questions. There is no daily cap yet.
Can members message me for free?+
Members can pay a lower price — set one per membership tier. Free messages for members are not available yet.
Which plans include it?+
Every plan, including Free. The plan you are on sets the commission on each message: 10% on Free, 5% on Starter, 3% on Growth and none on Scale.
