Capacity
Never selling the fourteenth mat in a thirteen-mat room
Overselling a yoga class is worse than overselling almost anything else, because the person who cannot fit has already travelled and changed. Capacity is part of the booking maths here, not a number someone keeps an eye on.

Can I cap a class to the number of mats I have?
Yes, and it is the setting that matters most in a studio. Set the number of spots and the class stops taking bookings once it is full, so nobody travels across town to find there is no room.
Can I sell class packs as well as memberships?
Not as a count of classes — there are no class credits. The closest thing is a short course: a 4- or 8-week batch on set days with its own seat limit, paid once, up front. Memberships cover your regulars; drop-ins and courses cover everyone not ready to commit monthly.
I teach several classes a day with different teachers. Does that work?
Yes. Each class is its own bookable thing with its own length, price and capacity, so a 6:30am vinyasa and a 7pm restorative never share a grid of times.
Can I run teacher training with a fixed start date?
Yes — run it as an intake with its own dates and its own number of seats, separate from your drop-in timetable. Enrolment closes when the seats are gone.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you actually sell through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Can members pay by UPI?
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Does it send class reminders?
Not automatically before a session. WhatsApp is available from the Growth plan onwards alongside the automation tools, but reminders before a class are not part of the booking flow today — so if that is the thing you are switching for, ask us first rather than assuming.
