What you can sell

Class booking for a box, not a big-box gym

A box runs the same session several times a day, each capped by how many athletes one coach can safely watch, with a membership base that mostly never books anything else. Plus the travelling athlete who wants a drop-in on Thursday.

Capped WOD booking

The ratio is a safety limit. Enforce it.

  • Cap athletes per session
  • Several WODs a day
  • Open gym as its own slot
  • Full sessions close themselves

Memberships that renew

The base of the box, collected without anyone asking.

  • Unlimited and limited tiers
  • Monthly and annual plans
  • Member rates on everything
  • No collecting at the door

Drop-ins and foundations courses

Travelling athletes and people not ready to commit.

  • Single drop-in sessions
  • Visitor pricing
  • Fixed-dates foundations courses
  • Paid up front

In-house comps & challenges

The things that make a box a community, ticketed properly.

  • Throwdowns and in-house comps
  • Six-week challenges
  • Capacity and registration lists
  • Paid or free entry

Programming and guides

Sell your programming beyond the four walls.

  • Remote programming
  • Skill and mobility guides
  • Online courses
  • Nutrition plans

One link for the whole box

Every WOD with its real cap, your membership tiers, drop-in pricing and the next throwdown — with a checkout that takes UPI, on a page you can pin in the group chat.

In detail

How capped sessions and drop-ins work

Sessions

A cap that holds when the 6am fills up

The coach-to-athlete ratio in a box is a safety limit before it is a business rule. It only works if the booking page enforces it rather than relying on somebody noticing that fourteen people signed up for a twelve-athlete session.

Athletes per session
Set the cap once and the session stops taking bookings when it is reached.
Several sessions a day
A 6am, a noon and a 7pm WOD are three bookable sessions, each with its own cap.
Open gym separately
Run open gym as its own bookable thing with its own capacity and price.
Changeover time
Add a buffer so one session cannot start before the last has cleared the floor.

Drop-ins & comps

The two things a membership does not cover

Most of a box runs on memberships, but the money that is easiest to lose is the visiting athlete who could not work out how to drop in, and the throwdown that was organised in a group chat and under-sold as a result.

Drop-ins at their own price
A visitor books and pays without messaging anyone, at a rate you set separately from member pricing.
Foundations courses
An on-ramp batch on set dates with its own seat limit, paid once, for athletes who are not ready to go monthly.
Comps as ticketed events
A throwdown gets a real registration list, a capacity and paid entry.
Members-only entries
Keep an in-house comp visible to members only, or to one tier.

CrossFit box software FAQs

Can I cap a WOD to my coach-to-athlete ratio?

Yes. Set how many athletes one session takes and it stops accepting bookings at that number, so the ratio is enforced by the page rather than by someone counting heads at 5:58am.

Can visiting athletes drop in without messaging us?

Yes. List a drop-in at its own price and a visitor books and pays like anyone else. It is usually the easiest revenue a box is currently losing.

Can we run in-house competitions through it?

Yes — run a throwdown as an event with paid or free entry, a capacity and a registration list. You can keep it members-only, or open it to other boxes.

Can we sell punch cards as well as memberships?

Not as a punch card — there is no session counter. Sell drop-ins at their own price and a fixed-dates foundations course paid once, up front, alongside your monthly tiers.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you actually sell through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.

Can members pay by UPI?

Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.

Does it send class reminders?

Not automatically before a session. WhatsApp is available from the Growth plan onwards alongside the automation tools, but reminders before a class are not part of the booking flow today — so if that is the thing you are switching for, ask us first rather than assuming.
