How batches, fees and recital tickets work
Batches
An intake is not a timetable slot
A beginner hip-hop course that starts on the 3rd and runs eight weeks is a different thing from a Tuesday class. It has a start date, an end date, a number of places, and a point after which joining makes no sense. Batches model that directly.

Yes. Each intake has its own start and end dates and its own number of places, and enrolment closes when the seats are gone. Several batches can run at once, each priced separately.
Can I collect term or monthly fees automatically?
Yes. Set up a plan at your price and it renews monthly or yearly on its own — which removes the reminder round that takes up the first week of every month.
Can I give siblings or families a different rate?
Yes. Create a family tier and give it its own price on any batch, class or workshop. A family on that tier sees and is charged their rate automatically.
Can I sell recital tickets through the same page?
Yes — run the showcase as an event with paid entry, a capacity and a registration list, instead of counting replies in a group chat on the night.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you actually sell through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Can members pay by UPI?
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
Does it send class reminders?
Not automatically before a session. WhatsApp is available from the Growth plan onwards alongside the automation tools, but reminders before a class are not part of the booking flow today — so if that is the thing you are switching for, ask us first rather than assuming.
