The group stays on WhatsApp where everyone already is. This is the paywall, the UPI checkout and the list of who has actually paid.

In short
Tribearn sells monthly or yearly access to your WhatsApp group without moving it: members pay by UPI or card and see your invite link the moment payment clears. You keep one list of who has paid. For access that renews, sell the group as a membership tier — it charges by UPI AutoPay and emails the invite. Removing someone from the group is a step you take yourself. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.
| Plan | Price per month | Commission on sales |
|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | 10% |
| Starter | ₹499 | 5% |
| Growth | ₹1,499 | 3% |
| Scale | ₹3,999 | None |

What you can sell
Running the group is the easy bit. What kills it is collecting ₹399 from four hundred people every month, reconciling UPI screenshots against a list, and adding each new person by hand at eleven at night. None of that is community work.
Stop matching payment screenshots to a members list.
They pay at 2am and are inside at 2am.
A member list instead of a spreadsheet and a hunch.
Group access as the reason to buy the higher tier.
The things a group alone cannot sell.
Your price, what the group is, and a checkout that takes UPI — on a page you can pin in your status, so joining stops being a conversation you have four hundred times.
In detail
Collection
Almost every paid WhatsApp group in India collects through someone’s personal UPI, checks screenshots against a list, and quietly gives up on the people who forget. That is not a discipline problem — it is arithmetic, and it is why most paid groups drift back to free.
Joining
Someone who has just paid expects to be inside immediately. A welcome note carrying your group invite link appears the moment the payment clears, so the gap between paying and being in is nothing — and you are not adding numbers by hand.
Pricing
Start on the free plan and move up only when the maths says you should. Every plan lowers the commission on what you sell, so the cheapest option changes as you grow.

Who it’s for
Before you start
No, and you should not want to. The group stays exactly where it is, with the same history and the same people. This sits in front of it and handles the money and the member list — moving a working group to a new app is how communities die.
Yes, and more reliably than now. Members pay by UPI at checkout, but it is a proper checkout — it settles to your account and records who paid, without a screenshot being sent to anyone. Sell it as a membership tier and it renews next month by UPI AutoPay too.
Whatever WhatsApp allows — that limit is theirs, not ours, and it changes, so check their current one. On our side you can set your own seat cap on a free group if you want it to stay smaller than the platform would allow; paid joins are not capped yet.
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial. It takes 10% of what you actually collect, so a free community costs you nothing at all. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing.
No — and be careful with anyone who tells you otherwise. What happens is that the moment a payment goes through, the member sees your welcome note with your invite link in it, so they let themselves in without you being involved. Automatic adding and removing is designed but not built; ask us where it has got to rather than assuming it.
A community payment covers the month or year they paid for, and nothing is removed automatically — not from your member list and not from the group. If you want access to follow payment, sell the group as a membership tier instead: it renews by UPI AutoPay, and their community membership ends if the plan is revoked. Removing someone from the group itself is a manual step either way.
Yes. Members pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for.
