In short
Tribearn is a publishing platform for writers. You sell a paid journal or a serialised book as watermarked PDF issues delivered only to subscribers, and can sell single issues alongside the subscription. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.
| Plan | Price per month | Commission on sales |

What you can sell
Writing that people pay for is usually structured — a journal with issues, a book released in chapters, a research note that arrives quarterly. That shape needs numbering, a subscription behind it, and some confidence the PDF will not be in a group chat by Tuesday.
Numbered, ordered, and released when you are ready.
Every copy carries who it was sent to.
A journal people subscribe to, or a book they buy once.
An audience you can email, not one you hope a feed shows.
The other things writers can sell besides prose.
Your latest issue, the archive, the subscribe button and a free preview — on one page with a checkout that takes UPI, so a reader who finds you can become a subscriber in one move.
In detail
Publishing
Paid writing works better with structure than without it. An issue number tells a subscriber what they have and what they are missing; a chapter tells them where they are. Both make a back catalogue worth something instead of an archive nobody scrolls.
Protection
Nothing stops a determined person from screenshotting anything, and any platform claiming otherwise is selling you something. What actually changes behaviour is attribution: when a reader’s own email address is printed across every page of their copy, forwarding it stops feeling anonymous.
Pricing
Start on the free plan and move up only when the maths says you should. Every plan lowers the commission on what you sell, so the cheapest option changes as you grow.

Who it’s for
Before you start
Not quite, and the difference matters. Issues here are PDFs gated to a subscription, read as a watermarked view-only copy on your page — not an email that arrives in an inbox. You can email your readers to tell them a new issue is out, but the writing itself lives behind the subscription rather than in the email. If you want the words in the body of an email, this is not the tool for that part.
Their own email address, the issue and the date are printed across every page of their copy, and they get a view-only stream rather than the original file. That does not make sharing impossible — nothing does — but it makes it traceable, which is what actually changes behaviour.
Yes. A journal runs as a recurring subscription; a book can be a one-time purchase released in chapters. Both work the same way for the reader.
Yes — mark an issue as a free preview and anyone can read it, which is usually the most effective thing a paid publication can do for conversion.
PDF is what ships today, read through the watermarked viewer on your page. An in-app reader is planned but not live, so judge it on the PDF experience rather than on what is coming.
Yes. The Free plan is ₹0 a month for as long as you want it — not a trial, and nothing switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you actually sell, so a month where you sell nothing costs you nothing. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.
Your audience pays at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. Nothing is held back as store credit and there is no separate payout tool to sign up for.
Yes, from the Growth plan onwards — your page runs on your own domain with no Tribearn badge. On the free and Starter plans you get a shareable Tribearn link, which works the same way for payments.
