In short

What is Tribearn for makeup artists?

Tribearn is a booking app for makeup artists. It takes bridal and event bookings paid online, lets you sell on-location and outstation travel as its own priced option instead of quoting it in DMs, and can answer Instagram enquiries automatically with auto DMs. The Free plan is ₹0 a month and takes 10% of each sale; Starter (₹499 a month), Growth (₹1,499) and Scale (₹3,999) lower that to 5%, 3% and nothing.

What you can sell

Built for the way makeup artists actually get booked

A bride books months ahead, asks about travel, wants a trial first, and finds you on Instagram. None of that fits a plain appointment diary — so this page is about the parts that are specific to you.

Date-led bridal bookings

One wedding fills the whole morning. Price and block it accordingly.

  • Long-form bookings, not 30-minute slots
  • Open only the dates you are free
  • Paid at the moment of booking
  • No double-booked Saturdays

Trial + day packages

Sell the trial and the wedding day as one thing, at one price.

  • Bridal trial + day bundles
  • Bride + family group packages
  • Engagement, mehendi and reception sets
  • Festival and party bundles

Travel priced in, not absorbed

Outstation and early-call work costs you more. Charge for it.

  • Separate on-location service tiers
  • Early-call and outstation rates
  • Sell travel as its own line
  • Stop quoting it over DMs each time

Instagram enquiries, answered

Your portfolio lives on Instagram. So do the enquiries.

  • Auto-reply to comments on a reel
  • Reply to story replies and keywords
  • Send your booking link instantly
  • 500 auto-DMs a month on the free plan

Teach what you know

Self-makeup classes and pro workshops, sold from the same page.

  • Self-makeup masterclasses
  • Pro artist workshops
  • Paid or free registration
  • Sell recordings and guides

One link in your Instagram bio

Your rates, your packages, your available dates and a working checkout — so the answer to "what do you charge?" is a link, not a paragraph you retype twenty times a week.

In detail

How bridal bookings and Instagram enquiries work

Bookings

Holding a wedding date without holding your breath

The problem with bridal work is not taking the booking, it is the three months between the booking and the date. A booking that is already paid for is a booking that is still there in March.

Paid at booking, in full
The price is charged at checkout by UPI or card. There is no deposit step to chase and no separate invoice to send.
Blocks the whole morning
Set the real duration of a bridal job and that time stops being offered to anyone else.
Only your free dates show
Open the days you actually work. A date you have not opened simply is not bookable.
Details captured up front
Ask your own questions at checkout — venue, call time, number of people — so the first message is not twenty questions.

Instagram Auto DM

Every "price?" comment answered while you are on a job

Bridal enquiries arrive on a reel at 11pm and go cold by morning. Connect your Instagram account and the reply goes out immediately, with your rates and your booking link in it.

Comment triggers a DM
Someone comments on a bridal reel and gets your link back straight away.
Story replies and keywords
Triggers fire on story replies and on keywords sent to your DMs, not only on post comments.
No Facebook Page needed
You connect by logging in with Instagram directly.
Free plan included
500 auto-DMs a month to start, and more on the paid plans.

Makeup artist booking FAQs

Can I take bridal bookings months in advance?

Yes. You open the dates you are available and a bride books one of them, paying at that moment. Because the booking is already paid, the date is genuinely held rather than pencilled in.

Can I take a deposit rather than the full amount?

Not today — checkout charges the full price of whatever the client books. Artists who want a smaller commitment up front usually list the trial as its own bookable service at its own price, and invoice the wedding-day balance separately. If a true deposit option matters to you, tell us before you switch.

How do I charge for travel to the venue?

Two ways, and most artists use both. List on-location work as its own service at its own rate, and add outstation or early-call versions for jobs that cost you more. The client picks the one that matches, so travel is quoted once on the page instead of renegotiated in every chat.

I work freelance with no studio. Does that matter?

No. There is no premises requirement anywhere in this. Your page is your shopfront, and plenty of artists on it work entirely on location.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Free plan is ₹0 a month, for as long as you want it — it is not a trial and nothing is switched off after thirty days. It takes 10% of what you actually sell through the page. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month and cut that to 5%, 3%, or nothing at all.

Can customers pay by UPI?

Yes. Customers pay at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, and the money settles into your bank account. There is no separate payment tool to sign up for and nothing is held back as store credit.

Do I need a website already?

No — this is the website. You get a page with your services, prices, photos and a working checkout, at a link you can share. Nothing to install, no hosting to pay for, and no separate booking widget to bolt on.
